Hattie has taught the flute for over ten years, specialising in advanced level students. She has taught masterclasses at Trinity College of Music for both postgraduates and undergraduates.

Hattie has an extensive knowledge and experience of the repertoire for flute, performing and teaching, and is on the team of the UK's most inspirational flute course A Breath of Fresh Air, run by Anna Noakes.

Together with London Flutes, Hattie runs workshops for business and schools, teaching communication through musicianship. They have a number of different workshops to suit every need, from business wishing to develop communication and creativity, to introducing school age children to basic musicianship to advanced listening and performance skills.
