Teaching

Based in Knebworth, Hertfordshire, Hattie has taught the flute for over fifteen years, from beginners through to advanced level students. She has taught masterclasses at Trinity College of Music for both postgraduates and undergraduates.

An experienced flute teacher, Hattie has an extensive knowledge and experience of the repertoire for flute, performing and teaching, and was for a number of years on the team of the UK's most inspirational flute course A Breath of Fresh Air, run by Anna Noakes. Hattie currently teaches the flute at Channing School for Girls, Queenswood School, Princess Helena College, Immanuel College and for Herts Music Service.

In addition to this, Hattie runs her own masterclasses and workshops on flute playing, performance and repertoire around London and the South East. For forthcoming dates in your area and information on private coaching please contact Hattie via email at hattie@hattiejolly.com.

Together with London Flutes, Hattie runs workshops for business and schools, teaching communication through musicianship. They have a number of different workshops to suit every need, from business wishing to develop communication and creativity, to introducing school age children to basic musicianship to advanced listening and performance skills.
